Renowned for his expertise in specialized and syndicated transactions, Adebayo has secured judgments in high-stakes commercial disputes involving International Oil Companies (IOCs). His secondment at a leading Nigerian commercial law firm honed his skills in oil and gas, advising on OML renewals, asset restructuring, and securitization.

As a former legal officer at Nigeria’s Sovereign Wealth Fund (NSIA) and InfraCredit, Adebayo leverages his deep commercial insight to deliver practical legal and business solutions.

• Advised Dangote Group on ₦70B and ₦50B Bank of Industry syndicated loan facilities, acting for the borrower.
• Counseled NSIA on a $200M Nigeria Credit Enhancement Facility project.
• Advised NSIA on a $25M equity subscription in InfraCredit, acting as in-house counsel.
• Guided NSIA on a $30M Medical PPP for Advanced Diagnostic Medical Centres with LUTH, Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, and Federal Medical Centre Umuahia.
• Advised InfraCredit on a $50M Callable Capital Funding Facility Agreement with GuarantCo.
• Counseled UBS (Swiss Bank) on multi-jurisdictional commercial transactions and legal actions.
• Advised a multinational wealth management company on acquiring African High high-net-worth individuals.
• Supported InfraCredit on a 100% guarantee for a ₦10B Series A bond issuance for a power company.
